SHIPPING POLICY
Ready to ship items will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days. If order is placed on weekends or holidays, it will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days after the weekend or holiday.
Custom Orders - depending on the item being customized a time frame will be sent and acknowledgement will be required before item is made.
Rush deliveries can be purchased at an additional shipping cost
RETURN POLICY
Refunds will ONLY be granted for damaged items and ONLY if buyer contacts me within 3 business days after item is received to make arrangements. If item is damaged, pictures of damaged item will need to be sent to me before approving any refunds.
Items can be exchanged if item originally purchased is shipped back in its original form. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
PAYMENT METHOD
All major credit cards and PayPal payments are accepted. Once payment is received ordered will be processed.
